Hungary is 15th EU member to sign Kigali

The list of nations to ratify the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol has grown to 48, with Hungary becoming the 15th European member state to sign.

In addition to Hungary, the other new additions are Tonga, Uruguay, Senegal and Niger.

The global agreement to phase down HFCs will enter into force on January 1, 2019.
